# TaskToAgent (full) > TaskToAgent turns a one-sentence task description into a tested, ready-to-run AI agent or automation (an n8n workflow file or a Python script) plus a beginner-friendly setup guide. It is for people who want an AI agent but can't build one. Currently in early access with a waitlist. ## How it works 1. Describe it: write one sentence about the task you want automated, in plain English. 2. We build and test it: the automation is built and actually run, so you get a test-run log. 3. Run it: within a target of 24 hours you receive an n8n workflow or Python script and a step-by-step setup guide. It runs on your own machine or account; you own it, no subscription. ## Example tasks - Post in my Discord server when my favourite Twitch streamer goes live. - Alert me when a game on my Steam wishlist hits its all-time low price. - Email me a 5-minute AI-news digest every morning. - Label new GitHub issues and summarise them in Discord. - A Twitch chat bot with !commands and a points leaderboard. - Send RSS posts matching my keywords to Telegram. ## Free example agents All free to download at https://tasktoagent.com/agents/ (no email required). Each includes an n8n workflow JSON, a Python 3.9+ script using only the standard library, a README with setup, scheduling (cron, Windows Task Scheduler, n8n Schedule), what was tested, and honest limits. ### AI news digest - Page: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/ai-news-digest/ - Download: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/ai-news-digest/ai-news-digest.zip - Task: Every morning, email me a 5-minute digest of the most useful new AI news. - What it does: Reads AI news feeds (Hacker News AI stories, Hugging Face, Simon Willison, OpenAI), keeps the last 24 hours, optionally summarises them with an AI model, and emails you the digest. ### Free game & deal alert - Page: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/free-game-alert/ - Download: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/free-game-alert/free-game-alert.zip - Task: Ping my Discord whenever a game goes free on Epic or anywhere else, or a wishlist game drops below my price. - What it does: Checks Epic Games Store's free-games feed and GamerPower giveaways (Steam, GOG, Epic, itch and more) every few hours, and optionally IsThereAnyDeal prices for games you name. Only new finds get posted to your Discord channel. ### RSS to Discord - Page: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/rss-to-discord/ - Download: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/rss-to-discord/rss-to-discord.zip - Task: Watch a few RSS feeds and post new items that match my keywords into a Discord channel. - What it does: Watches any RSS or Atom feeds (blogs, subreddits, YouTube channels, patch notes, Hacker News) and posts new matching items to Discord. The first run just remembers what's already there, so your channel doesn't get flooded. ### Inbox summariser - Page: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/inbox-summariser/ - Download: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/inbox-summariser/inbox-summariser.zip - Task: Every morning, summarise my unread emails and tell me which ones need a reply. - What it does: Reads your unread emails from the last 24 hours over IMAP (Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, iCloud...) without marking them as read, splits people from newsletters, optionally asks an AI to flag what needs a reply, and emails or prints the summary. ### Email attachment saver - Page: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/attachment-saver/ - Download: https://tasktoagent.com/agents/attachment-saver/attachment-saver.zip - Task: Save every email attachment (invoices, PDFs, screenshots) into neat folders automatically. - What it does: Scans your inbox over IMAP for emails with attachments and saves them as month/sender/filename. Filter by file type and sender, and duplicates are skipped by hash. Point it at a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive synced folder and they end up in the cloud. ## Pricing Not yet on sale: early access, join the waitlist at https://tasktoagent.com/.
